What happened
Employee was contacted [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] he stated he is claiming an accident on [REDACTED] for his left knee. Employee stated he was walking down the [REDACTED] ramp to check the Eyewash in the [REDACTED] when he noticed a sharp pain in his left knee when he reached the bottom of the ramp. He didn’t notify a supervisor on [REDACTED]. However he was able to complete his tour. When he awoke the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] he couldn’t walk that’s when he called the system for IOD and FMLA because he wasn’t sure what was going on and contacted Supervisor.
