Elector informed MMO He was riding the maintenance bike aisle between the [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] area. [REDACTED] is on the left side [REDACTED] staging area on the right side. the driver of the forklift was moving opposite direction moving towards him The driver turned right to pick up a load from the [REDACTED]. He proceeded to back up as employee was riding by. Employee saw him and yelled at him that he was behind him. The drive accidentally sped up instead of slowing down and hit him. The impact hit him on the left side knocking him off the bike. The bike almost fell over but stood upright. he hit the ground on his right side.
