Carrier texted supervisor on [REDACTED] to tell me that he had a muscle spasm in his back and will not be able to get out of the truck and not be able to deliver the mail. I asked the carrier if he needed me to call [REDACTED] for ambulance and he said no that he could come to the station. I told him to come to the station if he can. The carrier came back to the station and I asked him if he need me to call [REDACTED] since he said that he was not able to get out of the truck. He told me no that he can get out of the truck. the carrier then offered to scan and organize the parcels and spurs for me. I told yes he can he did. He was able to scan and mark the parcels and spurs. The carrier then offered the other supervisor to assist with casing the brought back mail inside the case. I asked the carrier twice if he was in an accident or was there an incident that I needed to report he said that he had a muscle spasm in his back and that he does not take medicines due to driving or delivery
