I reported the [REDACTED] to was put in a section of the building by myself I informed [REDACTED] that I go into anaphylaxis from stress and I sat two epi pens on the table to show him what he would have to do then he left me there around [REDACTED] my tongue started to swell and throat closing. Anaphylaxis had started.
