What happened
Employee was standing at the end of the retag conveyor after having completed stacking a pallet of 60. The empty pallet was coming down the conveyor and nobody was manning the switch to shut it off. Employee took it upon himself to lift the pallet up to hold it back from falling onto the ground or hitting the pallet that was just retagged. The switch then was shut off.
