Employee was taking animal feed to the warehouse.

Employee was traveling towards [REDACTED] after delivering pig food to the dumpster area. As he approached the door outside of [REDACTED] (near mixer 10 and PM machine area) he honked his horn slowed down to make the turn and started to slide on the wet floor. He instinctively reacted to brace himself by starting to put his leg out and quickly realized that was not a good thing to do. As he was bringing his leg back inside the forklift the forklift made contact on the left side seat area with the wall. The contact caught his left knee pushing his leg and causing his left foot to wedge under the brake pedal and twist.
