What happened
A 4x6 unit stuck in bin #17 as it was being dumped. Several employees were working on the bin from different angles to try to get it broke free. As the unit broke free and slid down and out of the bin the bar he was using got pushed down causing the end he was using to flip up and hit him in the chin.
