Employee stated over the [REDACTED] when they were packing on line 3 B side where the conveyor is to their left side they were feeling sore from pulling totes down to pack. The week of [REDACTED] worker has been on the B side of line 3 ( 9 25 [REDACTED] 18 9 26 [REDACTED] 14 and 9 27 [REDACTED] 9) as standard to be on one side the whole week. When they came in on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] they stated that on [REDACTED] when they were at [REDACTED] 9 and every time they grabbed a tote it gave a burning sensation along with some pain on their lower left side. The worker asked to seek medical attention and was sent to Concentra.
