When they came in on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] they stated that on [REDACTED] when they were at [REDACTED] 9 and every time they grabbed a tote it gave a burning sensation along with some pain on their lower left side. The worker asked to seek medical attention and was sent to Concentra.
