EE was stagging tools and replacement chipper knives at the work station.
What happened
EE was in the process of changing the Planer R J chipper knives. As the EE was walking from the chipper tool locker back to the chipper deck the EE walked through Cellutreat water and sawdust that was on the ground. EE stepped up on the Chipper deck with his right foot. While stepping up on the deck the EE 's right foot slipped off the deck. EE caught himself with his right hand grabbing the handrail. EE felt pain in his right forearm. EE called and notified me about what had happened.
