What happened
Employee was operating the manipulator on line 102. As he picked up a Swiss double (roughly 200 LBS) he attempted to remove the blue plastic off the cheese. As the employee forcefully pulled on the plastic the cheese became free of the manipulators suction and fell. This sent the manipulator upwards rapidly striking him in the chin before he could move. As a result he received a gash under his chin measuring roughly half an inch in width and a headache.
