What happened
My patient in room 143 in Inpatient rehab called because she needed to use the commode. I thought she would be small enough for me to pick up on my own and I lifted her to the commode. I believe it may have been the way she grabbed me while lifting her is what did it. Once I had lifted her to turn her I felt a crack in my back and [REDACTED] my upper back started to hurt.
