What happened
I was passing trays and then I started hearing screaming in the hallway. I ran to the hallway and I saw one of the phyc pt was out of control screaming and trying to harm herself and attempting to harm staff. When I saw her hitting one of the staff I tried to stop her and when I tried to stop her she threw me against the wall. I hit my head against the wall. and then she tried to harm herself by breaking a glass frame so i grabbed her arm trying to pull her away from it. there was a struggle and my arm was injured scratched and twisted.
