She was attempting to maneuver a product pallet to allow space to pass.

1) Operator was pushing a pallet towards the 32oz filler 2) the pallet then became stuck and 3) she asked for assistance by a maintenance mechanic. 4) Together they pushed the pallet next to the filler guardrail and the mechanic then left. However the Pallet was too close to the guardrail and 5) operator tried to pull it back a bit to make room for her to pass. 6) Another operator in the area noticed this and went to help her out. 7) After pulling the pallet she started to feel discomfort in her upper left leg and 8) went to report it to the Team Lead. 9) The Team Lead then Reported the incident to the Safety Associate and together they contacted Concentra for transportation and service.
