What happened
The nurse wanted to do wound care. It was just the two of us one on each side of the bed. I did most of the pulling because the pt had to come towards me. We also tried to unsuccessfully boost the patient. During the course of turning and trying to boost the patient (we weren 't able to) my back started hurting. By [REDACTED] I was no longer able to turn patients. I went to the ER then.
