[REDACTED] was standing in the hall watching patients while they were getting their blood drawn when Patient was on the phone and began to scream and yell then begin to bang and slam the phone over and over again. both staff walked towards her to try to redirect and then she begins swinging on both techs at that time. more staff came to help assist and help take her to the quiet room that 's when the patient began to kick and spit while we were taking her to the quiet room and end up Bitting my right arm.
