Before the incident
Employee was trying to release a bag that was caught on the back end of the pallet.
What happened
[REDACTED] was replacing pallet bags in our I section. One of the bags he was replacing was stuck on the backside of the pallet and [REDACTED] stepped over to gain leverage in order to release it. Upon stepping over [REDACTED] 's left foot made contact with a broom handle and slipped in split position hurting his left leg hamstring and groin.
