Ee reports that he and co-worker [REDACTED] were at [REDACTED] yard taking out fertilizer from the conveyor belt and loading it into the tinder. He had to kneel down to open a compartment when he tried to stand-up he braced himself with the metal by the belt his left hand slipped and went on the belt palm down and the roller went over crushing all fingers of his left hand.
