What happened
I attended a de-escalation training at RB Annex. We were practicing two person holds - I had volunteered to act as a patient. I had one person on each side of me each had my upper arm locked against their body. The goal was to assist the patient (me) towards the wall face towards the wall. I swung my feet up towards the wall to demonstrate a non-compliant patient. After [REDACTED] I slipped my feet down and the three of us propelled towards the wall. I had my right elbow flexed 90 degrees my hand in a fist. My upper arms were still locked in on each side by the staff. My right fist hit the padded wall. My right wrist was deformed - xrays showed a dorsally angulated impacted fracture of the distal radius... appears subtly comminuted.
