What happened

VPD case ID: 23-19682 Officer: [REDACTED] Caregiver [REDACTED] 's MA walked out of department into lobby of physician 's pavilion to bring back her next patient. As she walked out she saw and unknown male female visitor walking into the lobby the female appeared distressed and expressed she was experiencing SOB and was trying to find the emergency department. [REDACTED] directed patient to benches and [REDACTED] concierge grabbed a map and they attempted to show female male how to get to ED from PV. [REDACTED] stated that it appeared female was having Panic attack and attempted to coach her to breath female expressed to [REDACTED] that she was laughing at her and then female hit caregiver between the eyes (unsure if this was a slap or punch.) They then fled heading out to [REDACTED] panic button was hit by PAR team. And Concierge [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED]. Security responded and collected information as well as were able to look at lobby footage and pull up image of female visito
