What happened

I was helping a mother latch her baby to the breast while she was sitting in a chair. I leaned over to move the baby slightly lower in the breast and felt a huge twinge or pain where it was hard to even move in my lower back. I was able to hold my composure and step back. I then proceeded to get down on my knees to help mom and baby. I was able to finish the lactation visit but it in a lot of discomfort.
