Climbing into his semi truck

Employee climbed into his truck (which was on our lowboy to truck making his truck an extra 2 feet higher) to get his coffee cup. As he was coming out of the truck his foot slipped on the step and he fell hitting his chest arm and possibly his head. He said he does not remember falling or the guy that was with him picking him up off of the ground
