On [REDACTED] the associate was assigned to work on load station Around [REDACTED] the associate began the process of loading a let off The associate stated after putting the hoist hook one side of the treatment roll they moved to the back side to do the same The associate noticed that the metal bar in the treatment roll was not align with the chuck so they attempted to fix it by lifting the treatment roll up and repositioning the hoist hook in one of the lower holes of the treatment roll The associate placed their hand on the treatment roll and used the hoist to lift the treatment up and as they lifted the treatment the roll spun back and their finger struck against the rugged edge of the roll The associate reported to the dispensary following the incident
