[REDACTED] R Ankle - Struck by Material - TM unloading plate off of truck and moved it to the storage location. He cleared 3 plate hooks after setting it down. When he went to move the hoist up one plate hook was still engaged and caused the stack of plate to move pinching the right ankle and foot.
