Driver was climbing onto the trailer to remove a unit from the headboard. While the EE was wearing the appropriate PPE and maintained three points of contact their foot slipped out from under them and they began to fall. While falling to the trailer bed their right arm lost it 's grip and the left arm did not causing the L. shoulder to get twisted torqued.
