EE was using Full House and a door was repeatedly being pushed forward by the beveler conveyor belt towards the [REDACTED]. The EE tried to push the door back multiple times and utilize the computer to stop the belt. The EE placed his hand toward the conveyer belt head pulley and there was slack in the belt. The EE 's right index finger managed to get in between the belt and the pulley causing a laceration of the right index tip.
