I raised pressure of hose to 9000 PSI once hose passed pressure was released once gauges showed 0 PSI I raised the safety gate hose was in a horizontal position because of testing connector being caught on unknown object inside of tank. Once I lifted hose to get to the fitting hose moved back into its curved position causing the fitting to lightly strike the left Elbow inflicting a funny bone feeling after a few minutes a slight pain was noticed in the elbow which increased in severity incrementally until was was no longer something the employee could ignore
