[REDACTED] reported to me that he felt he may have hurt his wrist while standing up an oversize unit. He informed me that he was going to ice it when he got home and follow up as to whether it was feeling better. Upon arrival to work on he informed me that his wrist was feeling worse his statement is as follows. The truck was finished but there was on big window that needed to go in the truck so in order to make it fit I picked it up in the truck while I was doing that I felt a pain in my wrist. I am not able to pick up anything heavy or twist my wrist because it hurts a lot I put ice on it and pain pills and the pain doesn 't go away. [REDACTED] was advised to ice his wrist and assigned to light duties. He was also informed that if at any point he felt like he needed to be seen by a doctor to inform management. Shortly after he informed me that he would like to be seen by a doctor.
