What happened

[REDACTED] contacted me stating that there was an accident on [REDACTED]. Upon my arrival to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was assisting [REDACTED] wrap his forearm with rolled gauze from the first aid kit. The wound did not appear to be bleeding through the bandages that were applied. I instructed [REDACTED] to keep pressure on the wound as we walked to [REDACTED] 's office. While walking I asked [REDACTED] about the incident to which he informed me that he was cutting a piece of cardboard with his box cutter but that he had cut in the direction of himself which resulted in a swift movement cutting his forearm. He stated to me that he is aware cutting in his direction is improper use of a box cutter. After arriving to [REDACTED] 's office [REDACTED] prepared his desk area with a hazard bag and the gauze required to apply new bandages.
