TM was performing normal duties but reached inside the saw guard to dislodge a piece of scrap

A TM was cutting on the metal reinforcement saw when he decided to stick his hand inside the saw enclosure to free debris the piece of reinforcement got free and shot back at the TM hitting the TM in his hand and arm he was treated with first aid and given a ice pack for the swelling the TM requested to see a physician and was sent to apollo for review.
