As he climbed down he tangled his feet and fell to the asphalt landing primarily on his left hand. He suffered an open dislocation of his left pinky finger as well as tendon and ligament stretching and skin lacerations in his left hand soreness in his right wrist an abrasion to his right knee and a contusion to his left knee. [REDACTED] was transported by a Kenworth Lewiston employee via the parts truck to the ER at [REDACTED].
