What happened
After obtaining needed instrument I turned to exit the isle my left knee popped. Instant sharp pain. Witness information... I walked out of [REDACTED] 3 without pain when i returned with the instrument I was limping. The [REDACTED] staff inquired what had happened and I explained but no one was in the supply room with me when it happened
