Adjusting pt to put in [REDACTED]

I was adjusting the pts leg to insert a foley. The pt already had her neuro monitoring needles on but one of them came out. It was the one behind her knee so i did not see it when i picked up her leg. But I did not know it was there so I fully grabbed her leg and the needle went all the way in my left pointer finger

Puncture
