Before the incident
The second incident happened [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED]. I was lifting trash and linen inside of VLCC and I got a sharp shooting pain that started from my head to my shoulder on the left side happened while I was bending down. Stabbing sharp pain on shoulder. I went to the ER for this incident. The first incident that happened was on [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED]. I was in first floor lab Regency Lab where the door slammed into me and left a bruise on my forearm. I did not seek ER Help or Medical for this one.
