Before the incident
Helping one of my coworkers get patients up to pivot patient to commode from the bed when patient knees were giving up on her so we had to lower her to ground so that way she would not fall completely and hit herself on the bed or on the ground. We protected her.
What happened
Patient almost had fall so we lowered her to floor then called for assistance. Received help immediately got patient up to bed safely.
