Before the incident
Pulling a surgical O.R. bed from Equipment room by OR [REDACTED] to OR [REDACTED].
What happened
We need to put a regular bed in [REDACTED] since the usual bed in there was broken I ask my co worker to help me grab a bed in equipment and bring it to Room 15. She was pushing the foot part of the bed and I was pulling the head of the bed as we go through the hallway. There are some corners that we need to make a turn where I need to push also. Then I felt a sharp pain at my right side in the middle of my back. When we arrive outside Room 15 I reach down to plug the bed and I felt it again.
