Employee was attempting to flip a beam over

Employee was attempting to remove an air tank from a truck. He decided to cut bolts with a cut off wheel. The employee made a Z cut and the bolt broke. The strap and air tank came down and the strap caught his hands causing laceration. In a knee-jerk reaction the employee hit is head on the truck causing laceration
