Employee was investigating why the machine had stopped operation.

Employee attempted to dislodge a raw piece of material that was stuck on the robot through an opening in the side of the machine with a screwdriver. When the material was removed the sensor detected an item in the area and the robot activated and grabbed the employee 's finger. The employee was able to open the door of the machine to stop operation and they were able to raise the robot and release their finger.
