Before the incident

What happened
I was walking down the stairs on my way to clock out by Med Surg unit. I mis-stepped on the last stair and twisted my R ankle landing on my hands and knees. With the help of the receptionist I was able to turn and sit up. [REDACTED] and Medsurg techs (2) helped me to a wheelchair and applied ice and gave me ibuprofen. Wheeled down to [REDACTED] as recommended by assistant nurse manager after she was notified.
