Employee was installing bead finished the vent he was working on and flexed back to the setting position to help set glass.

When he went to install the glass in the vent he was holding the glass to low on each side the glass leaned toward him. He leaned back to avoid contact with the glass and felt a pop in his lower back. He then continued to work until break at [REDACTED] and then reported the incident to the production manager.
