[REDACTED] Was Walking Their Pallet Jack To The Back Of The Store When A Forklift Came Around The Corner Which Prompted Him To Move Out The Way As [REDACTED] Adjusted Himself To Move Out Of The Way For The Forklift Driver His Right Arm Became Caught Between The Pallet Jack And The Rack System [REDACTED] Initially Did Not Seek Medical Treatment And Did Not Think Of It However Over Time [REDACTED] Began To Experience Pain Within His Arm About A Week Or Two Later Along With Swelling Within His Right Hand [REDACTED] Had Suspected That It Was Arthritis But Went To Seek Medical Treatment No Other InjuriesTx Have Been Reported
