What happened
EE was waiting for [REDACTED] to finish using the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] 6. As EE was waiting for [REDACTED] to finish using the crane she was standing in the walkway between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] 's workstations. [REDACTED] had a rail clamped standing on his work horses. [REDACTED] rigged the rail with the crane then released the clamp. Once the clamp was released the rail swung off the horses and hit a welding screen that was in [REDACTED] 's area. When the screen was hit it started to fall towards the walkway in EE 's direction. When EE saw the screen falling towards her she jumped back and hit herself on her hip on [REDACTED] 's welding machine.
