EE helping to unload a desk
What happened
EE and 3 others were unloading a desk EE was screwing a leg back into the base of the desk when the desk slipped and fell on her hand. Her right pointer finger nail was struck and bled. We applied a band-aid to her pointer finger. Her left pinky finger was also struck from the desk. There was no immediate bruising or swelling and she had full range of motion of her finger. We advised her to be seen by a doctor but she refused initial medical treatment beyond first aid.
