Employee was training in chili meat grinding room and was cleaning the incline auger on the third grinder.

What happened

Employee was standing on auger support rail 28 off of floor. Employee states she did this to throw to second employee that was located on upper platform rinsing down auger. While doing this let both hands go and falling off backward hitting right side on control box and floor. She also explained while on floor she hit her head on support rail for dumper. She says she lost consciousness after hitting head. Second employee quickly help employee up and went to get help. Employee was taken to hospital.
