TM was gathering shippers for placement in [REDACTED] magazine.

From investigation it appears the Tm was stepping onto first step of shipper loading platform on 3 4 casepacker. The TM missed the step and lost balance causing her to fall to her right side. The TM placed the arm out to catch herself. The hand impacted the floor as she made contact. The right wrist forearm had immediate swelling and a visible deformity.
