Before the incident
At approximately [REDACTED] TM was sitting in chair at cubicle when witnesses say they heard a noise and turned to see TM on floor face down. They immediately went to her and stated it appeared she was having a seizure they rolled TM onto her side and stabilized her head. Attempted to feel for a pulse stated TM had saliva coming from mouth appeared to be clenching her teeth and had gasping type breathing. 911 was called [REDACTED] by another TM that was also present at the time. EMS arrived on scend and took over emergency care CPR was initiated by EMS immediately after initial assessment.
