Assisting resident with shower providing care

Employee was assisting resident in the shower. Resident started to slip from shower chair and got stiff. Employee called for help from another caregiver. After receiving assistance to get resident back onto shower chair they started to transfer the resident from the shower chair to a wheelchair. While doing this employee felt a pull in her upper back while lifting resident up.
