Employee was placing pans on the V4 Line on Side C. Employee was sitting on a chair about 1 foot off the ground to straighten and replace missing pans on the line.

Employee went to grab a pan from the stack of pans behind where they were sitting. The pan stack was higher than the chair but instead of standing up to get the pan they reached up with their hands for it. Employee was grabbing the pan when the chair slid out from under them. Employee fell onto their butt and lower back. On 12 5 employee saw a doctor after the soreness did not go away.
