Helping a client stand up and regain balance after the current was pulling the client in.
What happened
While assisting a client from being pulled in with the current I put my arms under the clients armpits to help her get up while fighting the current from pulling both of us in. I also placed my right knee down in the sand for balance scraping it. No injuries sustained to the knee.
