On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the driver was building a stack on his hand truck at stop three of ten He stacked his product on the hand truck up to the handlebar The driver reached down with his right hand to grab a small dry product case that he described as small and light enough to hold with one hand However his hand slipped causing a popping sensation in his palm between his right finger and middle finger At the same time he felt a sharp pain in his right wrist Although he put on an ace wrist brace during his route the pain persisted till the end of his shift He noted that he wore gloves during delivery The driver reported the injury when he returned to the office around [REDACTED] The driver then filed an injury report and clocked out to head to urgent care where the doctor gave him an xray The doctor diagnosed him with a sprung right hand and put him on light duty until his hand healedWhile talking to the driver he showed me he could close his hand four times but felt discomfort It
