What happened
EE stated she was transporting the food cart back to the walk-in freezer. Once there she opened the door using her right hand and pushed the cart with her left hand. The cart slightly hit the door frame EE thought the cart would come to a stop. It continued to move causing her to walk with the cart with her still holding on to the door causing the door to come to a close onto her right ring finger
